Banh V

Limited options, small serves and high prices.
The Banh Mi & Vietnamese iced coffee are both very good, but the iced coffee is mainly ice cubes. Spring rolls were also on offer and while they are better than most, they are also smaller, expensive @ 4 for $8 and very over-packaged. A couple more options would have been nice and may have improved this review.
Currently at Mulgrave farmers market every 2nd Sunday

Fresh and flavoursome

Enjoyed a tasty Banh mi and iced coffee on our first visit. Would definitely revisit to try other options when available.
