Nice relaxing restaurant - Edit
Pretty extensive menu with some pretty tasty looking food. I would pop back here again if in Hanoi and would recommend it for a nice dinner. I went on my own but would liked to have returned with a friend for a nice meal.

Delicious carbonara - Edit
I add the mixed spring rolls and the orange/carrot juice which was really good, but the carbonara chosen by my boyfriend was beyond it. You absolutely have to taste it.

Mixed feelings - Edit
On one hand this is a nice restaurant. They have a view good dishes on the menu, but not all of them are always available. The last time I came all the tempé dishes were sold out.

Pros: Social Responsible Company (has staff with hearing, disabilities)
Cons: The menu is so so, especially when not everything , is available.

Special food but expensive and long waiting - Edit
The menu was quite special and beautiful. The food is really fresh and mostly organic (big plus for that) but we had to wait almost an hour for the food- even though it wasn’t really busy- and the portions are fairly small for a good bit of money. I still liked it but my boyfriend wouldn’t come back for that anymore.

Totally worth it - Edit
Very cozy restaurant on the second floor, you might really miss it when passing by on the busy streets of Hanoi. All dishes are vegetarian. The food is prepared with a sense for details, the summer rolls are one of the best we had in Vietnam. But more expensive than the very cheap options in Hanoi old town but still ok.

Bland and overpriced - Edit
We went here bc of the great reviews and were not impressed for the price. The tofu fritters were ok, but came with a tasteless sauce. My friends spring rolls were ok. The tom yum was bland with mushy, gross noodles, and mainly tasted of beets. A small glass of coconut water with chopped apple in it was 55000VND. They never brought our second entree. We had to get their attention every time we needed something or we'd never even have ordered. Beautiful café, but the food doesn't measure up at all. Also, we went on a Thursday for the Vietnamese special and they didn't have it. Sorry disappointed for 33000VND.

I ate at this place with my 1 year old and both of us loved it. The mixed bean ragu is great for kids. Would eat here again😄:)

Classy, clean food - Edit
Rather expensive but you definetly get what you pay for! A lot of ingredients are locally sourced and organic/non-GMO. Beautifuly presented dishes, clean and light flavours, wow! Awesome to find some heathy, non greasy food with a lot of veggies after months of travelling! The (deaf) staff is wonderfull and caring. Next time in Hanoi I would eat again at V's Home!

Loved it - Edit
We ate here on our first night in Vietnam and were in heaven! Everything on the menu looks fantastic and everything we at was fresh and super delicious. The restaurant is located upstairs via a small lane way. Inside it is beautifully decorated and staff are really lovely. Some of the staff are deaf so there is a little booklet on each table with phrases and questions in English/Vietnamese to help with communication.

Lovely atmosphere, very serene. Food was tasty but very light flavours, so don't go expecting strong punchy vietnamese flavours. Would definitely recommend it, menu was easy to follow and clearly labelled.

Two dishes, two mistakes - Edit
Ordered vegan carbonara but they brought a version with parmesan and a butter-based sauce. It was really difficult to communicate what the problem was with the waitress, despite the menu clearly stating vegan options in English and Vietnamese. Our other order was a tempeh dish with stir fry, when it came there was no tempeh and again it took ages to sort it out, eventually the waitress phoned the owner who told us the dish has changed and no longer includes tempeh, and eventually agreed to reduce the cost.

Pros: Vegan options clearly marked on menu, Menu in English and Vietnamese
Cons: Staff didn't confirm vegan options or menu changes, Expensive

Fantastic! - Edit
All the vegan options you could want with a pleasant atmosphere, can be hard to find as in down small alley which is only sign posted on one side, so keep an eye out! Expensive for Vietnam but still worth at least one visit.

Bland expensive hippie food - Edit
This place uses almost no spices or seasoning in their food ‘to keep it pure’. Soup tasted like boiled water. Unless you subscribe to a bunch of unscientific beliefs about ‘natural’ food, skip it. Ingredients seemed fresh though and staff are sweet.

A Lovely Loft - Edit
Down a narrow hallway to the stairs leading to the first floor and into the warm welcome of V's Home. What a nice restaurant with amazing staff, some are deaf and mute. We had a mix of fresh spring rolls, my girlfriend had a Glass of Goodness drink with a bamboo straw, then she had the Bad Girl while I had The Choice. The food was really well prepared and delicious, we sat by the window with a great view onto the street life going on below. We also bought a lizard.

It's an amazing place. The location is nice. The room is really chilled with plants and a high wooden ceiling. Most vegetables are organic, seasonal and grown in Vietnam. Many vegan options. And friendly staff. Some of them are deaf.

Had a seitan stir fry with some summer rolls. Very tasty and lovely friendly atmosphere. The restaurant emphasises organic fresh produce and I believe it is a non profit organisation which is an extra bonus.

Upscale organic experience - Edit
Very well thought out and beautifully designed space, ( easily to be spotted from the opposite street side, plenty of signs outside - yellow building and green window frames)
Read moreOrganic and non gmo, which of course shows in the price being more expensive than streetfood (SURPRISE *cough*)
Tried the Tom Yum with brown rice noodles / “bad girl” for 75k, wouldn’t necessarily connect it to Tom Yum (which is a good thing haha) > pleasant gentle flavor and a good portion size.
Definitely come and check out this place for a fancier meal out! Can’t say for the other meals, but it’s refreshing to find a place that puts emphasis on organic/ non-Gmo/ no additives and regional produce AND with very clear labeling of vegan/ vegetarian and ingredients on the menu
Pros: Clear labeling in menu, Organic, Aesthetically pleasing spot

I had the veggie rolls with chickpea tempeh. The sauce was a little bland to be honest, but loved the combination of herbs in the rolls.
