Beautiful & relaxing - Edit
Beautiful aesthetic. Friendly staff. Delicious food. They don’t add sugar to the lemonade or salt to the food, which works out well because then you can add it based on your own preference. I skipped the sugar and it was delicious.

Lovely place with a beautiful patio. We loved all the food we tried, our favourite in Montevideo, so far. Chivito was so tasty and the best vegan cheesecake I have tried!! Staff was lovely and attentive. Not cheap but worth it!

I loved it! The green space outside is just great. I was warmly welcomed and got some hummus and focaccia, as a free dip. I ordered the tofu salad. Fantastic! The tofu is deep-fried, but the salad is quite light. For dessert, I had the brownie, made with beetroot, and two ice cream scoops (it comes with one, but I added one more). The brownie was perfect (you don't notice the beetroot taste at all), but the ice cream (almond based, not very sweet), was not creamy enough for my taste. But it's a great place overall!

Cafe with a lunch menu and “merienda” (afternoon meal). Has products from many vegan uruguayan startups. Great place for coffee and vegan croissants. Lunch options are also great, most of them are vegan adaptations of uruguayan dishes.

Café y almacén de la marca argentina Vrote - Edit
Nuevo espacio vegano en Montevideo, ubicado a dos cuadras del Shopping. Está abierto para almorzar y merendar. Fui el día de apertura del local y pedí un té para dos que traía un sándwich caliente de jamón y queso, dos escones, uno relleno de muzza vegana, otro con romero (ambos una delicia y mis favoritos), mermelada de tomate y hummus, una porción de budín de limón y un crumble de manzana. Una bebida caliente (café americano) y un jugo de naranja. Todo muy bien presentado, y muy rico. Próximamente va a haber otros servicios como asesoramiento nutricional por nutricionistas veganas, workshops, espacio con deco, zapatos, carteras vegan.
