Really good food. They have a shop that sells a lot of locally made vegan meats and cheeses, local alcohols, body products... And the food is outstanding. I got the tostado vrote. It had pickled veggies, tempeh, and a cashew cheese that was out of this world. Don't miss this place

Read moreEsta vez pedí unos gnocchi de remolacha rellenos de queso y jamón vegetal, que eran parte del menú del día. De todas formas el menú tiene un bastantes opciones y variedad de platos salados, meriendas y dulces.
La atención, como siempre, excelente. Muy buena onda. En esta ocasión fui a almorzar por mi cumpleaños y me regalaron una porción de torta (red velvet, riquísima) y la llevaron con una vela a la mesa. Fue un detalle muy lindo.

Beautiful aesthetic. Friendly staff. Delicious food. They don’t add sugar to the lemonade or salt to the food, which works out well because then you can add it based on your own preference. I skipped the sugar and it was delicious.

Lovely place with a beautiful patio. We loved all the food we tried, our favourite in Montevideo, so far. Chivito was so tasty and the best vegan cheesecake I have tried!! Staff was lovely and attentive. Not cheap but worth it!

I loved it! The green space outside is just great. I was warmly welcomed and got some hummus and focaccia, as a free dip. I ordered the tofu salad. Fantastic! The tofu is deep-fried, but the salad is quite light. For dessert, I had the brownie, made with beetroot, and two ice cream scoops (it comes with one, but I added one more). The brownie was perfect (you don't notice the beetroot taste at all), but the ice cream (almond based, not very sweet), was not creamy enough for my taste. But it's a great place overall!

Spacious, luminous and cozy at the same time. With an inviting fireplace in the winter and a gorgeous garden in the summer, the perfect spot for a lunch, teatime or a dinner. Excellent food , great service and a well-assorted store. If you're into chocolate, don't miss the Vrote cake!

Cafe with a lunch menu and “merienda” (afternoon meal). Has products from many vegan uruguayan startups. Great place for coffee and vegan croissants. Lunch options are also great, most of them are vegan adaptations of uruguayan dishes.
