Best vegan sushi in Midland

The sweet potato and tofu skin rolls are our favorite. My son loves the miso soup on a cold day. The Ma Po tofu is not bad and the veg stir fry (request sesame oil, no egg) is delicious. Bar with sake and imported beers.
