Unfriendly and run by an commericial incapable person - Edit
Don't buy anything there. If you make a little type-error in your address or the post-office sends it back no matter what reason, you'll lose your money!!!!

She simple answers you that the products are spoiled. Though the product I ordered don't need to be chilled and have a very long expiration date, like vitamins and dry Whity coffee-creamer ????
This is in contradiction in "don't waste the planet" and any commercial dignity. If she would have send it again I would be paying her the extra costs in advance, thanking her and be a customer for a long time. But her motto "you made a type-error in the address, so I immediately through away the products, you can drop dead" I'm sure she will resell those products again.
Which commercial and/or planet-loving person would not send it a second time just to win a very satisfied customer???????
Unbelievable!!! so don't trust her to help you out and hopefully she never makes a mistake in your order. I don't think she would correct that to.

Because of your mistake the package was send and returned. Vmarkt had to pay delivery cost both ways. These cost have been deducted from the total amount that you have gotten back from your order.
Also the spoiled products like the cheese have been deducted and the administration cost that came with handeling this order. This is all accordoing to our conditions of delivery which are on our website.
We have explained this thoroughly in several e-mails. Unfortunately there is nothing more we can do for you.
