Restaurant with a good atmosphere and nice staff. Many good options, I had the pikante burger with fries, which was very tasty, including great fries. Nice to be in such a restaurant that is not expensive and has lovely all-vegan options!

Preis/Leistung stimmt und es ist sehr lecker. Ich hatte den Vöner für 7,30€ und der war riesig. 2 Soßen inbegriffen (die Kräutersoße war besonders toll!) und ein Tee (Beutel, aber Bio) mit frischer Zitrone für 1,80€. Wo kriegt man das noch?

Unser Guide von der Walking Tour hat uns die Vleischerei empfohlen. Wir sind recht früh am Abend hin und hatten Glück, dass wir noch einen Platz bekommen haben. Wir haben 1x Currywurst mit Pommes und den Döner gehabt.
Read moreIch wohne schon sehr lange in Österreich und komme daher sehr selten in den Genuss von so deutschen Dingen wie Currywurst. Auch die Pommes (mit Pommesgewürz) waren so gut. Ich hab mich selten so deutsch gefühlt (in dem Fall was sehr positives). Wir haben lang Karten gespielt und danach noch zweimal Currywurst nachbestellt, weil es einfach so lecker war. Ich war selten so vollgegessen.
Absolute Empfehlung für Alle!!
Pros: Currywurst!!, Angenehmes Bistroambiente
Cons: schnell voll

I had the tempeh burger which was super delicious. There are enough tables inside even though it was very busy. I did not have to wait long to eat. The staff is very friendly. Nice alternative atmosphere. I would definitely recommend this place.

Der Gyrosteller kommt mit der Würzung geschmacklich und auch vom Mundgefühl sehr nahe an das Original - sehr herzhaft! Die Soßen und Pommes waren auch Klasse! Das ist definitiv jedem zu empfehlen, der manchmal Heißhunger auf solche eine Art von Gericht hat...

Ich hatte den Vönerteller und mein Partner das Gyros, beides war sehr lecker. Man kann bei jedem Gericht zwei Saucen dazu wählen, der Hummus war sehr lecker. Der Vönerteller hat gut geschmeckt, aber die Konsistenz des Seitans könnte besser sein, ohne Sauce wäre dieser mir zu trocken. Dafür ist das Gyros herausragend.

I had the Tempeh Burger which was really hard to eat, but very tasty and sauce-rich, liked that.
My friend had the Vöner and thought it was a little too salty, but the sauce helped & ofcourse this depends on your salt preferences.
Would recommend and return on every Leipzig stay.
Pros: serves well made vegan Imbiss-classics, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff

It was so hard to decide because everything sounded so good. I had the "Vönerteller" and it was great. The seitan had a great flavor but not the best consistency. I still loved it a lot there and would love to go there again!
