I visited Vitality Bowls (VB) with my two children to enjoy a nice healthy sit-down lunch, when passing through the area. We walked in with food in a closed paper bag from the neighboring business. We ordered from VB and I paid over $40.00s for two bowls and a piece of toast. We waited for our order and eventually received it. We started eating our food from VB, and an obnoxious employee approached my daughter and demanded we leave the business for bringing in outside food (in a closed paper bag). My shy daughter quietly agreed and told me we were kicked out of the business and had to leave immediately. I approached an available worker (also extremely rude) as the one who relayed the message, quickly returned to the back of the restaurant. I inquired about being kicked out and she demanded we leave immediately. We left.

I was never informed about their concern or asked to put the bagged food in the car or somewhere else outside of the restaurant, before being told to leave. Additionally, the employee waited until I gave her my money before kicking me out. And, they approached my 13 year old and told her, not me, to leave.

After I left and took my children to the car, I returned to request a refund. I was told they don't give refunds, and they can't pull a manager out of thin air for me. Then I was told that I have two eyes and should have been able to read the sign posted near the door that says no outside food. I was then told I was lying about when I brought the bagged food in and that they had camera footage as evidence. When I said, great, please show me the camera footage, they said it was too difficult. I felt like I was on a prank show, that's how unbelievable this experience was.

This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They have a group of obnoxious ill-mannered kids working there with no apparent responsible adults. I'm left in disgust.
