Vegan fast-food - Edit
Vincent Vegan is very known in Hamburg for it's vegan hamburgers. Lately they added the Beyond Meat burger to their menu, which I found a bit disappointing after I had a very good experience preparing the Beyond Meat burger myself at home. It's always pretty busy and it seems like they can't keep up with demand, which is why it takes a very long time before getting the food (everything but fast for fast-food).

Speed is a complex issue in gastronomy, especially (1) when you are busy (which is good), (2) when you preparing every dish on point and (3) when you are working in very small spaces.
We definitely improved our performance in the last months, but there are times when it is very busy, where we just need a little more time than usual in order to keep up with the demand.
We are about to develop a strategy where we can save a few seconds, but we also want to point out, that quality always comes first. This is how we are separating ourselves from other concepts. BUT long story short: we are working on our concept every day and believe us when we say: SPEED is always an issue and we are onto that ? Hope to see you again soon, The Vincis

The food is delicious and worth the price. We tried the curry vvurst, kebab fries, big veganski burger, chocolate milkshake, a cola and a ginger ale. not a single bit of it disappointed. We loved it. And there is something about Vegan being in the name means you can just relax and enjoy!

The burgers and fries are super delicious and also perfectly fair in terms of price. The employees are really friendly and they prepare the food super fast. As it is located in a mall the atmosphere is obviously not very cozy or relaxing. But I don’t mind at all, considering that this is like a fast food restaurant. I can only recommend the place!

The nuggets are amazing and very chicken-like (according to my omni companion). The kebab fries were flavourful and the garlic sauce was amazing, the 'meat' itself was nicely spiced. The burger was the least exciting of them all, but still a good vegan burger with salad and avocado.
Great options and affordable if you're craving fastfood.

Always a must-visit for me when in Hamburg 😊 you get your food really fast and for fast food it keeps you full really long while not being super greasy. Personally can definitely recommend the nuggets and both the peanut and chipotle sauce.

I'm always excited to find fully vegan fast food places. Sure, the food is trash, but it's vegan trash! I love that places like Vincent Vegan can now be found in malls in big cities so you can just grab a quick tasy bite! Europa Passage is also not too far from the central station, so if you're just briefly stopping over in Hamburg, it's also a good option. Liked their burgers and fries. They even had sundaes with chocolate sauce (childhood memories 😋)!

Ich liebe das Kochbuch von VV. Jetzt haben Wir in Hamburg die Chance genutzt das Original zu probieren. Der Big Veganski sollte es sein. Fazit: Leckere Soßen, solide Pommes und beste Junkfood Burger. Hervorragend war der „Bacon“ auf dem Burger. Untypisch für Fastfood waren wir nach dem Menü mehrere Stunden angenehm satt. Wann macht eine Filiale in Fulda auf?
