Hello Veggiesaurus_86 Thanks for your review! Speed is a complex issue in gastronomy, especially (1) when you are busy (which is good), (2) when you preparing every dish on point and (3) when you are working in very small spaces. We definitely improved our performance in the last months, but there are times when it is very busy, where we just need a little more time than usual in order to keep up with the demand. We are about to develop a strategy where we can save a few seconds, but we also want to point out, that quality always comes first. This is how we are separating ourselves from other concepts. BUT long story short: we are working on our concept every day and believe us when we say: SPEED is always an issue and we are onto that ? Hope to see you again soon, The Vincis
