Vietal serves healthier vietnamese cuisine. Bowls with whole grain noodles or rice, much greens and seitan, tempeh or tofu.

Cons: prices higher than regular vietnamese restaurants, staff is chaotic sometimes , portion sizes could be bigger

Für einen hohen Preis wird man hier leider enttäuscht. Das Essen war eher unter dem Durchschnitt. Soße einfach nur sehr süß. Bei einem hohen Preis erwarte ich auch einen außerordentlichen Geschmack.

Das Gemüse ist besonders knackig, geschmackvoll und natürlich. Gerichte, die sehr natürlich sind, sind oft auch eher weich und fad, aber hier sind Geschmack und Konsistenz überraschend nice!
Read moreDie Gerichte sind liebevoll angerichtet und es gibt Nüsse, Samen, Kräuter und mehr dazu. Also keine einfältige Zutatenlisten. Das Ambiente vom Restaurant passt sehr gut zum Essen. Nicht perfekt oder zu steril - sehr lebendig und warm. Man fühlt sich einfach wohl.
Ziemlich cool fand ich auch, dass die Getränke (sogar das Wasser) recht fancy mit Gurke, Früchten und Kräutern kommem. Ich hatte zum Beispiel das Detox Wasser.
Ich fänds toll, wenn das Restaurant in Zukunft komplett vegan wird - die veganen Gerichte überzeugen nämlich total!
Pros: tolles Geschmackserlebnis, sehr natürlich und trotzdem richtig würzig, nährstoffreich (Gerichte mit Nüsse, Samen)
Cons: hochpreisig (aber ist es wert)

Ich liebe die veganen Vorspeisen (so eine Art deluxe Frühlingsrolle mit Sojahack), das Curry "Goldener Mönch", den schwarzen Reis und die fancy Getränke. Leider ist es sehr teuer.

Vegan gekennzeichnetes ist nicht vegan - Edit
Früher war das unser Lieblingsrestaurant, doch Ende letzten Jahres würden wir von der Kellnerin darauf hingewiesen, dass die als vegan gekennzeichnete Pho-Suppe in der Regel mit Hühnerbrühe gemacht wird. Sie ließ sich das nochmal in der Küche bestätigen. Was für eine riesige Enttäuschung. Unser Vertrauen haben sie damit leider verspielt.

Finde die Auswahl an veganen und vegetarischen Gerichten kleiner als erwartet. Das Essen ist recht teuer und man ist danach eigentlich immer noch hungrig. Auch der Geschmack überzeugt mich nicht ganz. Die Qualität ist dafür gut.

We got to the restaurant due happycow app, it’s on the other side of the city but I would definitely come back there !! VERY friendly staff, beautiful cozy location (outiside sears available), biggest plus for me was the BLACK rice 😍 first Asian cuisine restaurant i visited without white rice !! Will go back some day and write another review when I’ve tried more dishes !!😄

As has been said, lots of nice vegan or vegi options with fresh herbs and all. But the portions are way too small for the price. They could easily be tastier and spiced up a little. Plus sometimes staff gets chaotic and things are being forgotten. Overall nice ambiente and all, but needs improvement foodwise and bigger sized meals to fit the prizy category
