I would give 5 stars

I ‘made’ my own bun (vermicelli noodle bowl) it was amazing! Several vegan options and they can make other menu items vegan. Just ask. I got a tofu summer roll. Delicious. Keep in mind their egg rolls are not vegan. But you won’t miss them! Yum yum yum. And the service was great.
