the food is so good normally you can put up with the rude boss, he appears to have made it his mission to be rude and unhelpful everytime ive been in. ive tried to coup the shop but the food is just too nice not to, ive been there several times the general staff are lovely it’s just the manager frankly is bringing his own store down. i would assume its the manager that controls the reviews, if you would perhaps like a bit of proof about his attitude i would recommend looking at a few of the responses to the lower star ratings - not a shining beacon of hope.
if you want to order through the app you need to put in a confirmation code, which disappeared into the either. as they have a number you’d assume they’d be more than happy to take your order by phone, Alesha the staff member seemed to know what i was talking about as I heard her telling her boss about the issue and it was exactly right her explanation. it was unfortunately lost on this clearly too busy for a £50 order on a wednesday night boss who was being rude and kurt over the phone from the get go, eager to get rid of me consistently asking what the problem was but talking over me as i explained the issue. frankly abysmal customer service, on the other hand got a very delicious chippy from Oldswinford Fish and Chip shop which I highly recommend if you’d like polite staff and cheap tasty food.
