I ordered the primavera pasta which is vegan and GF and is usually made with butter and cheese but I asked for the regular marinara sauce instead and they did. at Vendettas in Vail
Minestrone soup, crackers and Pinot Noir Wine-(checked on barnivore.com) are one of the few vegan options you can have at this place at Vendettas in Vail

Veggie sandwich

Decent marinated eggplant and zucchini sandwich, ask for without cheese. Cheese less pizza is also vegan

Pros: A few vegan options , Great location from mountain

Cons: Not a lot of vegan friendly options
