Gute Küche für veganer und omnis

Es werden traditionelle bündner und schweizer Gerichte veganisiert.
Qualitativ hochstehende Produkte

Pros: Traditionelle Gerichte veganisiert, Auf Anfrage auch mehrere vegane Gerichte

Cons: Nur ei begrenztes veganes Angebot auf der Karte

A little old fashioned but more choices now

This place is not exactly super hip so I was surprised to find three vegan dishes including a Swiss specialty (chopped "meat" with rösti). No marked starters or desserts, though.
