Small vegetarian restaurant in the Bllok area. Has cold pressed juice, smoothies, dessert, and herbal tea. Could build your own salad meal. Reported closed, Jul 2018.

Lovely place! - Edit
We ordered the hummus rice bowl and mango sushi which was served beautifully and tasted amazing. We also ordered the veg noodles which weren't great - I wouldn't order these again. The two desserts (peanut butter cake and chocolate cake) we had were incredible and not too sweet. Very grateful that there was this fully vegetarian cafe in Tirana. Nice seating also both indoor and outdoor.

Good option to have! - Edit
It is possible that this restaurant has changed direction a bit (perhaps a few times?); I did not recognize it from some of the reviews below.
Read moreI ate here twice, once evening, once afternoon. Both times were the same. I had sit-down service and did not approach the counter, but that seems to be the standard procedure for most; in any case, there is a set menu and the options I ordered were all available, and there is no sign of a particular detox orientation (in the dining area, at any rate). The service was fine (I am easy, though!). I do have to note that I do not recall any vegan/ vegetarian distinctions on the menu, either -- and for various reasons, though I aim vegan, I did not pursue it and am assuming I had some dairy (though I do think the servers [in English, too] would be able to address that for you!).
I was very happy to have this option in this region, especially as a backup! So I was mostly happy. The food was served relatively quickly and efficiently; portions were big; and the ingredients seemed relatively fresh.
The taste... was a different matter. I ate it all, and there was nothing inedible about it at all. It is just that they clearly need a bit of old-hand vegan intervention on how to actually make veggie food. I had the 'Albanian' burger (nothing anything, especially Albanian, about the taste!) and the burrito (a bit odd -- resembled a burrito only in being in a wrap). It is likely that the food will be tend toward bland and taste will come from (probably dairy-) dressing kind of sauces. This sounds like I am just being mean, but I really do think they probably just are fairly young at the (very important work!) of veggie-restaurant running in the Balkans, and with some more work, they could have a greta thing going!
Nothing on the menu was regional (notwithstanding the non-Albanian Albanian burger) -- though this is a common occurrence, I find, all over the world, unfortunately. You will see the standard veggie burger-falafal-burrito fare that the world seems to believe touring veggies seem to prefer (when I would like fake versions of the local stuff!).
The prices, for what you get, are certainly reasonable, but are a bit on the fancier side relatively speaking. About 500-600 lek or so.
Pros: Veg options in a veg-limited big city, Efficient, Fresh
Cons: Bland taste, odd combinations, No real Albanian options, Seems vegetarian-oriented (not vegan)

Thank you! - Edit
Pleasantly surprised. English menu with labeled vegan and vegetarian options as well as gluten free and other allergies, fresh food, and left satisfied.
Read moreIt was no perfect (my order came without one ingredient) but it is very hard to come by vegan and vegetarian establishments in the Balkans, especially Albania. I congratulate this restaurant for going against the grain. I hope that this business and understanding continues to grow over time! They're doing a great thing!

Strange place - Edit
Arrived in the morning for breakfast and two non English speaking members of staff seemed to be busy with what I think were catering orders. Felt like I was an intruder (I was the only customer there) so had a banana instead and returned at lunch time when I was really hungry. This time there were about 5 customers in this tiny space and I was eventually given the menu. Ordered the protein burger which meant pointing at the menu. The food was nice enough. Cash only.

A great find - Edit
We went here a couple times in our one day stop over and everything we had was delicious. We had two different burgers, fries, samosas and the coconut curry. Everything was super inexpensive and fresh. We did try to go in for breakfast and were told there was only two options available from the menu - both of which had egg in them unfortunately. The first time they accepted euro; the second time they didn't. Contrary to other reviews, we found the staff to speak very little English, but enough to get by. It was a relief to find this place!

Even though the restaurant is cash only, there is an ATM at the entrance.
Strongly recommended.

happy to find this place! - Edit
Lots of yummy options. We shared the pasta salad with avocado cream sauce, Vietnamese spring rolls, noodles with tofu and the Buddha bowl (minus the egg). Everything was super tasty and the chef/waiters put a lot of care into everything they served. A rare treat in this per of the world!
