We had a big group and tried the hot and sour soup, the starter platter, general Tao’s chicken, dry green beans, tofu hot pot, beef chow mein, Hawaiian fried rice, and popcorn mushrooms. Everything was great and the staff is so kind. Definitely worth the drive from Seattle. We will be back!

We enjoyed everything we tried here. The popcorn mushrooms and crab cheese wontons were especially good. The owner and staff were incredibly nice. Definitely worth checking out.

- A soup that I forgot the name of (Hot and Sour Soup?)
- Mango smoothie
Every single bite and sip was HEAVENLY! 😋 The host June was extremely kind and generous. This instantly became my favorite spot in the Seattle area.
I can’t wait to come back and try the desserts 🍰

Cute, clean atmosphere. Thai iced tea and mango smoothie are delicious. Love the chiggen, especially the crispy chicken. A bit pricy but the portions are big.

I got this as takeout (super easy) and it was delicious. I got the General Tao chicken, Kung Pao tofu, and green beans. All went so well together! Fresh, flavorful, and generous portions. Ended with the cheesecake. Yummy, not too sweet! Pretty and light inside and unexpected in a strip mall. Will return.

We saw this when we were headed somewhere else and decided to try it. It’s a small, casual place. It is expensive as others have mentioned but it didn’t seem more expensive than similar places in the area to me. I loved the “duck” (made of tofu skins, tofu, vegetables). The dumplings were good too.

All the food we tried was amazing. The general tao was extremely crispy and tasted wonderful. The deserts stole the show though. The cheese cake is some of the best I've had and the chocolate cake was good without being too sweet

Ducks live at Veggie Life! 🦆 ❤️ - Edit
Had the Signature Crispy Tofu, Peking Roasted Duck (as in I love ducks and wouldn’t eat them) and the eggplant clay pot because I order 🍆 every chance I get. And this one was especially deelish - crispy and not at all mushy. We were so full but couldn’t resist ordering the mango cheesecake which tasted just as good as it looked. I cannot wait to go back to try more dishes and eat more cheesecake.

Nice to have a vegan place in the area! - Edit
We're very happy this plant-based restaurant is so close to us. The staff is very friendly and the menu is quite large. It's more American-Chinese than the authentic Chinese as a warning. Been three times and everything we ordered was good. We will still drive up to Vancouver every couple months to get the real thing though!

Tried out the food from Veggie Life in Kirkland today! We ordered for pickup so were only in the restaurant for a minute or two but they were very friendly, welcoming and even opened the door for me as I left! We got mongolian beef, mapo tofu, chow mein and mango cheesecake (as well as crispy spring rolls with sweet and sour sauce but didn’t get a pic of that). All good options I’d order again but the star was the mapo tofu!
