This store has tons of vegan faux seafood that can't be found anywhere else in the city that I have found. In my opinion way better than the other faux seafoods on the market and they have lots of fun frozen faux meat chunks as well. If they aren't open, just go to ThreeG two blocks down Cambie and they will come open it for you. While you're there have lunch because ThreeG is the best.
From the outside, doesn't look like much. You buy the food and bring it home to cook it, so it's not a restaurant, per se. When you try it though, you will be amazed at just how good every item is. Very unassuming place. Nice owners.
I was searching for a grocery store in the area when I discovered Veggie Favour. We had to wait a little bit for the owner to arrive because they actually also work at 3G a few minutes away.
Unfortunately, they ran out of vegan drumsticks when we were there so we got a bunch of other things to try. Pretty exciting!
Items are Chinese-style meat subs plus sauces. Like mushroom "oyster" sauce.
Dropped by here after eating at 3G (recommended) and found vegan meats and snacks that were very good. Only problem is a limited selection but what is there is great and the gentleman behind the register was very friendly and helpful.
