TINY but cool - Edit
This place is the size of a broom closet, but they have some cool niche items that I was happy to buy in support of a local veg business. The owner is a young woman who speaks English quite well, and is probably the only person in Odessa with a vegan tattoo, so go help her out.
Prices are pretty much the same as what you'd expect to pay in central Europe, which seems 'expensive' for people in eastern Europe.
