Amazing vegan cooking class

We took the cooking class on vegan cheese and it was amazing. We made delicious vegan cheese with easy recipes that needed neither too many nor too unusual ingredients. I was especially surprised by the great alternatives to cashew nuts. The teacher is very nice and knowledgeable. We prepared all the vegan cheeses during the cooking class and ate them all together for lunch at the end. We even got to take left overs home, so don't forget your tupperware. You also get all the recipes printed to take home. Note that the classes are in French. The classes are a little pricey but totally worth it. I would definitely go again.
