We went there short before the closing time. The staff speaks english and is very polite.
Read moreWe had a burger and a durum and some fries. The burger was a bit cold, maybe because of the salad/pickles inside. The wrap was good and warm. The fries were also tasty and not too greasy. We sat by the window so it was a bit chilly. There are only high tables so it is mostly a fast food place and less of a restaurant. We enjoyed our food!

Overhyped and a bit disappointing - Edit
We ordered the chicken and bacon burger meal and a vegan kebab and the flavours weren't ideal. The vegan chicken had an odd flavour which you tend to find in 'older' varieties of vegan meats (slightly sour) while the vegan kebab taste and texture was almost identical to most other places with nothing to make it stand out. The drinks included in the meal deal are a bit hit or miss (there are only 3 options) but I enjoyed the peach ice tea. Overall we had really high hopes and must say the chips/fries were outstanding but I would not return again.

Yummy burgers and kebabs - Edit
So tasty! Kebab was delicious - mixture of salad in with the seitan and sauce and the bread was next level. Burger was best I’ve had out. The cheeze sticks had a Camembert type taste and really yummy.

I enjoyed a delicious kebab, a vegan croque with toasted bun, Lavie bacon, smoked vegan cheese, and vegan mayonnaise—yes, I was hungry!
With delicious homemade fries and a chocolate bowl sundae ice cream.
When it comes to drinks, a well-designed token-operated dispenser helps to avoid glass waste, offering water, orangeade, lemonade, or iced tea.
The decor is being finalized with a large mural featuring Végéman's identity!
I received a very warm welcome at this restaurant, which has a great atmosphere and high-quality products!
The only street food spot in Strasbourg, not to be missed!

Chose the Kebab Bowl in the knowledge that it was going to be fast vegan food but not the the healthiest choice. Seitan Kebab 'meat', fries, lettuce, sliced pickled onion, half a bread bun and veganese sauce. It was tasty and filling. Staff were pretty busy with making up take-outs for couriers. Outside seating available during the day.

Ein Traum, alles 100% pflanzlich! Ich und mein Freund haben das Kebab Menü gewählt. Ich habe ihn mit Cocktailsauce gegessen und er war mega gut. Es war ein große Portion und hat sehr satt gemacht. Es gab auch viele Saucen zur Auswahl. Es gibt noch weitaus mehr Auswahl. Ich war zum ersten Mal dort und war schwer beeindruckt. Kommen gerne beim nächsten Urlaub wieder! 10/10 vegane Punkte

Boring kebab. - Edit
We took the kebab and the bucket with onion rings, nuggets and cheese sticks. We got to choose a bunch of sauces with them (mayo, bbq, some red-mayo thing) and they were all boring. The kebab was also just okay. The bread was a bit hard and it didn't have any other interesting sauces on it. You could just choose the same boring sauces to have on top. The fries were soft and not very crunchy.

The ice tea we got was also too watery.

Unexpected gem in Strasbourg - Edit
The interior looks quite alternative and green. When we ordered the person greeting us was really courteous and friendly. We were pleasantly surprised by the price of the food, especially because as a student you get 10% off of everything, if you have a student ID. Also if you are a student from another country like me. The food itself was amazing. I never ate such realistic cheese sticks in my over five years of veganism. If you want to impress your meat eater friends, definitely go there. We got a menu with a burger a drink and fries, a kebab and a finger food basket (4 nuggets, 4 cheese sticks and 6 onion rings) and paid about 32€ (with 10% discount, but still). When we came here we didn’t expect to find this amazing spot, well deserved 5 stars :).

Read moreThe food is yummy although the kebab was a tick on the colder side. All in all a nice place! Also includes the book "Vegan propaganda", so its worth bringing non vegan friends there. They also offer the possibility of working there thanks to Wi-Fi and outlets at the tables.

Poor, slow service and disappointing food - Edit
It’s rare I want to leave a really disappointing review but we experienced very slow service (delivery orders were being prioritised) and when the food was finally ready, an entire order was missing. The Caesar salad did not taste like a Caesar salad at all and had far too much dressing. Overall, a shame that we waited so long. I think ultimately the employees were just far too overworked and doing too much.
