Enjoyed the fake steak wrap I had. Served with a Marinara sauce and a peanut sauce. Coffee was really good too and also had an amazing cherry jam croissant:)

Vegans in Ekaterinburg, this is the place to go - Edit
Nice little spot located inside a mall. They have so many vegan options that I thought they had gone fully vegan. They haven't (I saw a few desserts that contained milk), but it's still the vegan-friendliest place in the city.

So the atmosphere isn't great as it's right in the open inside a shopping mall, however as I couldn't locate radna and chickpea and carrots is likely closed it makes for a good veggie option, I asked for the English menu thanks to a previous tip, I don't think they would have given it spontaneously, I had a smoky burger which was pretty excellent. Happy cow in google maps takes you to the car park if the shopping mall so if you are standing, confused as I was near cars going into an underground parking lot, you just need to walk round to the front of the building on the Main Street and as soon as you walk into the mall the place is in front of you

It's a cafe style place in the foyer of a shopping centre. I went for the "simple" burger thinking it would be vegan but got essentially a cheese sandwich which wasn't very nice. My friend got the mushroom burger which looked really nice though!

Best burger in town! - Edit
We visited Yekaterinburg on the Trans Siberian Express and found this delicious burger bar thanks to Happy Cow. The people were so friendly, and the food was just what we needed after living off cold food on the train. Really recommend the burgers and striking up a conversation with the workers! I had a sausage Roll was good :) maybe nexttime first grill the sausage than but it into the dough and than heat the whole role The stuff speaks some english, they have a English menu ask for it :)

God Burgers and Coffee - Edit
Located in a mall on the ground floor. Staff speaks some English but not enough to explain all the ingredients so she just told me "how about I make you our best vegan burger?" and I went with it. It was a good burger but it would be nice to have option for spicy sauce and jalapenos + fries. The latte was really good. I will visit again to try some of their wraps. I am not clear about whether they use eggs in some items.
