Re-open July 20, 2015 after move from Via Linfano, 52. Vegan buffet style restaurant. Since it changed ownership in spring 2013 and changed name, the chef is now the owner, and it's no longer all-you-can-eat but rather a server spoons the food onto a plate for you. Confirmed closed, Dec 2019.

opening hours listed here are wrong - food and staff a little too salty - Edit
Turned up on a Friday at 4pm only to be told by the waiter that they weren't open at this time, and that they close between 3pm and 6pm. Contrary to the times listed on Happy Cow. This seemed fairly odd as there were a couple that were seated and clearly waiting on food. We were offered takeaway but decided to go elsewhere as the atmosphere of the place and the staff seemed not the best.
Read more*came back another day, food was wayyyyy too heavy on the salt and oil, it was just about edible and definitely not worth €13. such as shame as when we were twice last year the food was much nicer.

Just outside the restaurant, there is a note saying that in the summer the hours change. The opening hours are reduced and in fact there is a pause between 3 and 6 pm.

The note is a little irrelevant when people use happy cow to find places and info online to travel to and visit, we didnt see any note outside and it hardly mattered after we made the effort to specifically travel to Arco to visit this restaurant. The hours should be updated on Happy Cow to reflect accurate times, especially given that you say these are the times for the summer when there are a lot of tourists using this app, not just different times due to holidays etc which would be more understandable.

The place was a little hard to find but worth the search. Even a non-vegan person would love the food here.

They have a changing menu every day and some regulars.
The decoration of this place is very welcoming and the staff is very kind.
I recommend the 'Grande' plate that offers a choice of 5 options from the buffet.
We had and amazing all vegan meal:
Mashrooms lasagna, vegetables crape, black rice with vegetables, cauliflower salad, fryed veggies kind of pastry and a burger with fries. For dessert witch was very hard to choose from all the options we ate a good lemon cheese cakuwith strawberries culi and a really unbelievable chocolate-coffee cheese cake with pistachio cream and a good soy milk cappuccino.
Do not miss this place !!!

Everything was done in house with much love and passion. You can also choose some raw stuff like Pizza or cake.
They also offer great sweets.
Nice indoors and outdoors

We used to come here several times a year, as we go climbing, but now we dont anymore. Almost all food is really oily and salty and the waitress, who used to be nice, is now repeatedly unfriendly and ignorant. Really sorry but we now rather go to bioessere...

this is a very nice restaurant in an old Villa. ALL VEGAN! you can choose different small dishes, and then there are a lot of sweets. super cozy location, super friendly personnel, 6 of 5 stars!

Good selection of cakes and soft drinks which are quite tasty. It's on the expensive side, e.g. slice of cheese cake for 5€. Staff was a little unfriendly, ignoring us when we had questions and other stuff. Also charged us too much (for stuff we didn't order). I corrected them while paying only to find out they still charged us for it afterwards. That's just not acceptable.

Ottimo ristorante, stile buffet, con staff super amabile e professionale. I dolci una vera delizia. Fa piacere anche vedere cibi della gastronomia trentina presentati in vegan version. Che creativi questi chef! Prezzi moderati. Ingredienti di prima scelta, genuini! Sono stata prima di Natale , c'era un duo di arpa e l'atmosfera molto rilassante per cenare. Ci tornerò quanto prima anche se dalla Valsugana è un po' lontano, ma VALE LA PENA fino all'ultima briciola nel piatto. Da leccarsi le dita!

We went to this place on Saturday for Lunch, we were lucky to find a table! In fact it was fully booked and we soon find out why...the choice was among 6 type of salads, plus 6 main plates, from the typical lasagne to curry vegetables. I'd like very much a type of coleslaw with apples salad, plus the curry. Try the cheesecake, it's simply delicious just like the atmosphere...I guess it is not only liked by vegan people!!!!

Many times eating here I heard non-vegetarian people talk surprised how excellent is vegan food, and this is probably worth a thousand words.
Everything is organic, even drinks which include extracted juices, organic beer and a special organic wine, produced not far from here.
The place is warm and clean, the chef and the staff always nice and concerned to meet your needs.
A restaurant to try and try again!!!

In a very nice location close to the Garda lake, they offer a quite warm athmosphere and they serve a really very high quality food, vegan, organic, biodinamic, and really very tasty also, of course!
Read moreThe service is based on self service/buffet. Take away is also available. You pay 15 euros and you can eat as much as you want. Drink, cakes and coffee are not included in the fee. Credit cards are accepted and you can also buy some organic and vegan high quality products (as pasta and spaghetti, sauces, rice, wine, spices, and so on, and also some non-food products).
