Great concept, great food - Edit
I signed up one week in advance and didn´t get a place for the brunch any more so I went there for the (free of charge) leftovers party from 1-2pm. There was still plenty of savoury and sweet food left, which tasted absolutely delicious. I quite liked the enormous choice of food including a lot of healthier options (e.g. wholemeal bread, spelt flour, millet, quinoa.) It´s a bit of a shame that there´s only cold food on the buffet but that way it´s more relaxed for the brunch team and the café staff. Speaking of relaxed: The atmosphere was very relaxed and the brunch guests sitting next to me were easy to talk to. All in all a very pleasant experience, so I voluntarily made a donation to show my appreciation and to support their future vegan brunches. The entrance fee is more than good money-value given the amount and choice of food.

I visited the Brunch in Karlsruhe only after 1 pm. At this time, you can join for free to eat the leftover food. Of course a donation is recommended. There was still plenty of food. The food was good, the location nice and the people who organize the brunch are friendly. I can really recommend this brunch.

Entirely lovely meetup of the local vegan community - Edit
I went there twice; the food choices are usually just amazing: huge variety, and delicious. Remember to book/register via email (see webpage), and show up on time. You pay a fee for the brunch at the beginning; drinks are ordered and paid separately with the staff of the café. It's a comfortable location and you have plenty of time to enjoy the food.
