The signature 11-piece set includes 'tuna' made from grilled red bell pepper, 'scallop' from king oyster mushroom, and 'unagi' (eel) crafted from teriyaki eggplant. Other creative toppings include vegan salmon roe (ikura), soy meat with corn, and tempura mushroom. Sets are served with miso soup and optional matcha drinks. Reservations are required for dine-in. Delivery orders must be placed by 3 PM the previous day. Open Mon-Fri 11:00am-3:00pm. Closed Sat & Sun.

Nothing felt forced or scripted. Instead, it was calm, respectful, warm, and sincerely welcoming, making the entire experience feel very special.
Yes, the prices are on the higher end, 4400¥ for a plate of 11 individually crafted sushi, but it was worth every penny! Also included was matcha (which was kindly refilled without even asking), a small appetizer, and miso soup.
I left feeling not just very full, but genuinely happy. Highly recommended.
