I can't agree with the bad reviews. We had a delicious pinsa, a very tasty burger and the curly fries. All in all, a solid four points. I will go again.

Das Konzept von Cloud Eatery finde ich eigentlich gut da man als Gruppe essen gehen und von verschiedenen "Restaurants"/"Imbissen?" bestellen kann und es auch für Veganer eine große Auswahl gibt. Es wurde mir empfohlen also hatte ich hohe Erwartungen, war von dem Essen aber nicht sehr begeistert. Es ist okay bis enttäuschend. Würde dem Ort nochmal eine Chance geben wenn ich darauf angewiesen bin, und andere Gerichte vielleicht mehr schmecken, es aber selber nicht weiterempfehlen da man in der Umgebung auch besseres veganes Essen findet.

Anscheinend hatten andere Leute mehr Glück als ich. Ich wollte mich auch nicht von den schlechten Reviews hier verleiten lassen, so ich ging an einem Samstagnachmittag selbst hin, um meine eigene Meinung zu bilden.
Read moreObwohl "open" auf der Tür stand, bin ich reingegangen und fand alle Lichter aus und keine Person, weder Kunden noch Bedienung, weit und breit. Ich dachte, OK, schaue ich mindestens in die Speisekarte, aber es gab keine, nur QR-Codes. Zudem bin ich schlecht zu Fuß und der Umweg dahin war sehr schmerzhaft.
Also, meine Meinung zu diesem Restaurant: #%&$§§#*##?!!! Am besten schließen und zwar gestern!

Because of the negative reviews and mediocre score, I was a bit hesitant when we ordered. But I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food and the large portions. Also staff was very friendly and the restaurant's decor looks really nice. Nothing fancy but modern and spacious. We ordered the vegan margarita pizza, the vegan bolognese pasta with gnocchi and the bowl with sweet potatoes and lentils. All the dishes were freshly made, really tasty and the portions of the pasta and the bowl were very large

My friends who work nearby (including a vegan and a vegetarian) recommended this place as a restaurant they go to a lot and enjoy. I was surprised since I saw reviews on HC that were so negative, but they insisted I give it a try. In any case, I did, and I was pleased with my food: I had a pizza with faux chik'n and peaches.

That is: the physical place is called CloudEatery, which embraces within it a bunch of other restaurants that serve non-vegan food--so if you are with friends who want non-vegan food, they can join you. But the menu for Vegan Pirates itself is all vegan.

The hole concept is without love and passion for food. Cloud Eating? Focus on one Kind of Restaurant and improve. We ordered two times to give the Restaurant a Chance but were disappointed both times. No taste at All. I doubt they know spices.

Read moreIn meinem "Japanese Curry" war baby mais (What?), die Erbsenschoten waren roh und das "curry" stand vielleicht mal neben einem curry Gewürz, drin war aber keins.
Meine Freundin hatte Nudeln mit veganer Hacksauce. Für 10.50€ wurde uns ein Dosenessen präsentiert.
Der vegane Milchreis als Nachtisch hatte eine super weirde Konsistenz.
Den Apfelstreuselkuchen haben wir nicht aufgegessen, weil er so trocken und eklig war.
Wirklich noch nie eine so schlechte Erfahrung gemacht😂

Not a vegan restaurant - Edit
The name of this restaurant is not 'Vegan Pirates' but 'Cloud Eatery'. They offer dishes under several labels, one of these labels is 'Vegan Pirates' (fully vegan menu), the other labels have "normal" menus with animal products. They call their concept 'Food Court'. As per a staff member the labels are not separated in the kitchen, so there is one kitchen for all the labels. If you get your food delivered it is not visible because of the fully vegan menu. For me it is NOT a vegan restaurant. Addition: The rating is neutral (3 stars) as I did not eat anything there.

Vegan Pirates is a major part of our digital food court that is accessible via the eat in location. We think it is really important to give vegan food a central and visible place in the middle of society and make it accessible for everyone. For groups of people with mixed forms of diets it is really great to know that there is a whole vegan menu where you can assure it is fully vegan. So everyone can enjoy eating together. And we can assure you that even though it is one kitchen, the preparation of the food is strictly separated.

It is a restaurant which "shares" differents cuisines, one of them is vegan. The menu is varied, I had a burger, fries and an apple cake. The fries and the apple cake were good, however the burger deceptioned me a lot. It tasted mostly ketchup. But still, I think this is a place to visit, since it is very nice and affordable, and serves for omnis as well.

Ich bestelle regelmäßig bei den Piraten und war bisher immer sehr zufrieden. Insbesondere die Bowls und Eintöpfe sind sehr zu empfehlen; diese sind wirklich perfekt abgeschmeckt. Man wird definitiv satt und über das kleine Geschenktütchen mit Popcorn freue ich mich immer wieder. Weiter so😄#Veganuary
