Great when I can find it open - Edit
Love this place. They recently added more menu items and I look forward to trying them! Just happen to be closed when I go by at times. Happened 4 times so far and I have to go somewhere else not as good.
Read moreUpdate: Still a great place, though not a fan of the fried mushrooms (Legendary on the menu). Even harder to find as their "usual hangout" has had construction going on for a while now so they are mobile and do NOT update their Facebook page frequently, though maybe they only update it when they're actually operating. It is a food truck, after all, so I am not mad. Just sad I can't have it every time I want. :)

Last post was 3 days ago at the time of updating. Certainly not something you can plan on having for lunch/dinner unless the stars happen to align just right.

Very friendly, great customer service! My sister and I both had the king burger with fries. We both enjoyed it so much, my sister is not vegan but even she was impressed!

Awesome local option - Edit
Had the breaded cauliflower wings and pulled jackfruit sandwich. Both were phenomenal. The baked beans on the sandwich was a nice touch. The fries were also delicious. Slightly pricey but good to support local options #Veganuary
