My husband loved this restaurant - Edit
My husband was craving Chick-fil-a, so I came here to get him something to avoid that whole situation! He loved their Chick-fil-a sandwich. Another favorite of my husband was the mac and cheese. He is a mac and cheese connoisseur, and he loved it! My only complaint is that there are not too many healthier options on the menu , but this is a great place for comfort food!

Both of us had the Mac and cheese with Chickn tenders. Served with ranch drizzle - heavenly! We could have split one - serving was huge. But I finished mine!

HUGE amount of food! A perfect spot for filthy fuel! - Edit
We stopped by on our day trip to NY and after 8 hours of walking we needed some filthy fuel to keep us going.

We ordered two portions of loaded fries and the mac n cheese bowl with Impossible beef, all of which tasted amazing!
It was pretty pricey at around $60 but it was a huge amount of food and was super tasty and of course in the centre of NYC!
I completely recommend!
Pros: Mac and cheese was incredible!, Huge portions, Cheesy sauce was delish

Had a seitan gyro with added jalapeños. Absolutely delicious. (A meatarian definitely wouldn’t know it wasn’t meat!) Great flavours. Fast service. Not a large outlet but all good 👌🙌

I loved this option when I spotted it on Happy Cow - and it did not disappoint! I had the chopped seitan with bbq in a bun - hit the spot! I strongly recommend as long as you are gluten tolerant!

Tasty vegan fast food - Edit
I ordered through a touch screen (I prefer human interaction, though), and my food was ready quickly. While it was a bit pricey, the portion sizes were generous. I chose a seitan platter, which tasted fantastic, and the spices were just right for my palate. There's a small area at the back for dining in. I would definitely like to try this place again when I'm next in New York.

Read moreI first tried them when they were a truck and now happily enjoy this small, sit down shop where you can indulge in some tasty vegan comfort food. Note that this is not meant to be healthy but a once-in-a-while kind of situation.
You order at the front before finding a seat in the back. I went with their loaded Mac n Cheese with shredded beef and it was a lot! Both in the quantity and also in taste. The cheesy flavors were on point and the mix of sauces with the mock meats made this quite a meal. I definitely had to share this with someone and could not finish it myself.
While I enjoyed their food, I was disappointed that they didn't have a bathroom which means you'll have to find another business in the meantime.

Came here for a quick takeaway before taking the LIRR from Grand Central. Food was very quick, and was delicious. We had the beyond mac bowl bbq (very unexpectedly spicy but nice), nashville hot chicken burger, and fries. All very nice.

We got the chick'n sandwich (regular not deluxe), chopped impossible cheese sandwich and fries. The food was delicious, particularly the sauces and crispness of the chick'n. They were out of bottled water and would not provide cups of water. No available bathroom. Coming from out of state, the lack of water is particularly odd but otherwise, it was good food.

I went the other week with my best friend who is not a vegan (in the slightest) and we both were extremely satisfied with the food. It's a cute little spot with a little instagram photo wall.
Read moreWe ordered the jerk chicken gyro, the chicken tenders box and a strawberry milkshake. All very very good. Milkshake had real strawberries in it and the gyro had a great flavor and texture. Chicken tenders were pretty basic but good none the less.

Visiting NYC for work and I was so excited to have so many vegan opens again! Vegan on the fly was right across from my hotel. Absolutely delicious, huge portions, great flavors. Not too greasy either for being comfort food.
