The nicest people work here - Edit
The last restaurant I used to always go to seemed like they dropped the ball when it came to talking nice to people. Me being the person that I am, I had to cut my loses and move on. Luckily my sister always comes here and invited me here for a little bite to eat. In this restaurant, they make me feel like a valued customer and I really appreciate that. I know for a fact I will be eating alot in here.

I saved more money than I thought - Edit
I have always been a fan of grilled cheese and for some reason, I love them even more with nachos. So needless to say, I had a blast all by myself. I can't believe how much I ate, but what was most unbelievable was how many items they had that were at reasonable prices. Next time, I plan on bringing some fellow vegans with me. This is easily going to be a time to remember.

The best vegan food I've ever tasted! - Edit
At first I was afraid to try out a new vegan restaurant. I have been going to the same one for years with no problems. After the other day, things began to take a turn for the worst. Talking with a friend ended up being the best thing that could have happened out of the situation because they had food right in my face for me to sample from this place. After the first bite, I see I made the right choice. I plan on coming here more often.

Let me get started. This was the best burger me and my girlfriend ever had. We had the barbecue mushroom burger on a pretzel bun. We normally don’t eat fast food but this was the best burger we ever had. We were both lost for words from the very first bite. There is so much flavor and the burger was so juicy. The cheese just melts in your mouth. The mushrooms just add an extra sensation to your mouth. It was magnanimous. Very clean and made us feel safe that they were following all the protocols necessary to make it a clean environment.

Ft.Lauderdale is quite known for it's variety of vegan and vegetarian food and I am proud to welcome Vegan Bruder to one of the top restaurants on that very list! If you're into exotic burgers, this is definitely the place to go! Enjoy a home-baked flame-seared pretzel bun with every delicious burger selection listed! Selections are also listed at an affordable price and truly offer variety where most vegan burger shops lack! The sides are also very unique, ranging from sweet plantains to CBD based beverages (also medical-grade CBD oil for those interested). The service is also outstanding and you really couldn't have it better than their Bratwurst sausage burger on a sunny Florida afternoon! They were organized, clean, and most of all co-vid safe (something I like to consider an important part of the dining experience).

I love this place . I went with some friends. We practiced social distancing and everyone wore masks and followed the rules. The food was excellent and service was exceptional! I will definently eat here again ;)

Love this place! The food is delicious and the service is great. We love that we have a place that is open so late and regardless of the time the food always tastes fresh. Their 2 burgers deal makes this place that much better. This food truck will not disappoint you.

So I stopped at this food truck to see if they surprise me with the quality of their food. Let me tell you that I wish there was a way to give 10 stars! I had a vegan sausage with the chili cheese fries and it was crazy how much flavor they had. I really liked how the employees all wore masks and gloves inside the truck. These people really know what they are doing. I took another order to go because I had to have my mom try this. You guys rock!

Wow! The vegan bruder is hands down my new vegan place to eat. The attention the staff gives is exceptional and it felt great seeing how well they follow the cdc guidelines. They handle the food with gloves and masks which is a huge plus as all other restaurants should do as well. I had the vegan patty with the pretzel bun and man let me tell you the quality was way beyond meat. Looking forward to taking my family very soon. Thank you vegan bruder for going above and beyond!

Vegan bruder is the go to place! Their food is amazing! Their sweet plantain burger is to die for. I have brought many of my not vegan friends to eat here and they love it as well! Their food is great and their staff makes you feel welcomed and safe while following all cdc guidelines.

Vegan bruder is open 11am to 2am.. That alone is amazing because,It’s hard to find vegan food not mention at 2 am. This truck is a life savior. No matter if your rolling solo or need to feed your family of five. The food truck has a fast cooking system that’s about 15 minutes. The burgers and melted cheese come out perfect every time. The taste of these burgers are so good, everyone will enjoy them grandma, grandchildren, everyone! Go get your burger today.. the truck is following cdc guidelines well.. I visited this food truck on a Saturday 10/3/2020 at 1:30am with my boyfriend. The ladies in the window were so nice and they made a killer bbq mushroom and onion burger and the burger with plantains and bbq sauce. I’m on my way back for a do over and I hope those rocking ladies are there because I was blown away. Please note that this review was written less than 72 hours from my first bite and I’m already on my way back!

Vegan Bruder is a cozy little spot with great music and friendly service. The food hits the spot each and every time. From the mushroom BBQ to the brutwarsts they never disappoint! They recently added some cinnamon sugar crisps to the menu hits the spot for a sweet craving. If you haven’t checked them out, I highly suggest you do so with some affordable prices you can’t go wrong!

Vegan Bruder is a good beach meal spot. Prices are on the higher end for the food you receive. Menu also is very limited with offerings about 4-5 burger choices and hotdog. Expect to pay around $20 for just a burger and bottled drink.

Delightful Vegan Sausage! - Edit
Omg this place is phenomenal!! Loved everything we got here-- plantains, bratwurst sausage, mushroom & jalapeno burger (I ordered it with vegan cheese for $1 extra-- I recommend it this way!!). Everything was so delicious and best of all 100% plant-based!! They use a lot of "Beyond Meat" vegan proteins which are VERY meaty, so you can definitely bring your meat-eating friends and family here and they'll love it too. I would love it if they could add vegan shnitzel or vegan shnitzel burger to the menu. The staff was really nice and helpful, and the location is great-- walking distance to the beach. We went for a swim in the ocean and ate here after. It's a food truck but there's a few tables available. 10/10 recommend. If you're in Ft. Lauderdale, don't miss this place! One of the staff mentioned that if you leave a review and can prove it, you'll get 10% off on your next visit, so keep that in mind!!

Omg I can’t say enough about this place! It’s a cute little food truck which has a great selection of hearty vegan food.. not to mention the adorable seating area out front which is right off the beach. I had the mushroom BBQ burger with vegan cheese & fries today and couldn’t believe how good it was. Sooo flavorful! And the portion size is VERY generous for the price😄it was so good I ordered another burger with chili cheese fries to take home for dinner. I just COULD NOT believe it was vegan. Haha! Not to mention friendly staff who served me with smiles and were very helpful in making a decision on exactly what I wanted to eat. HIGHLY recommended if you’re looking for a good quality meal without the guilt! I hope they’ll bring back the sweet kettle corn! Thank you guys! Will be back often!

Everything here is delicious from the burgers to the chili cheese fries to the bratwurst! Their burgers deserve a special mention of being awesome because even my meat-eating friends thoroughly enjoy them. The way they melt the cheese on the burgers makes it melt and taste like real cheese, they really have the PERFECT vegan cheeseburger. The staff is always very kind and the fact they are open late is super convenient, especially after a late night out—there’s not many places to get enjoyable vegan food late at night but vegan bruder has our back ;)

This is not a restaurant and it's not very German... It's a trailer with an outdoor seating area. Other than one Beyond Brat sandwich, sauerkraut as a burger topping and pretzel rolls, there is nothing remotely German on the menu as of my visit on 2/9/20. My comments/review is mostly to temper expectations as the business description and previous reviews don't really do the job.

Forgive us, not really sure we understand about the comments. We occassionally have featured different menu items, such as German style sweet popcorn and berliners, which are seasonal changing every once in a while. The vegan industry is just taking off in Berlin and many other parts of Germany, but it is a very large and diverse country.
