Found this place 4 years ago.....we spend several winter months in UT for skiing. Just got here 5 days ago and looking forward to picking up carry out or eating in the dining area.

This place fires on all cylinders! They manage amazing mock meats and traditional Vietnamese flavors. It was like magic. It was affordable and service was nice and portions were huge! Not to be missed in SLC.

Fast-casual joint with great quality food for what it is. Friendly staff, fast service, fresh food, and completely vegan. Delicious! (Side note: I was thrilled to see Thai Iced Tea I could actually drink on a menu.)

This place is my FAVORITE vegan restaurant in Salt Lake City! I absolutely LOVE their lucky lemongrass chick’n bahn mi, and vegan nuggets! Owned by the same family as All Chay, and they are both to the same standard of excellence😄the food comes out super quickly, big portion sizes and super fair prices… AND DELICIOUS 😋

Vegan Bowl was good for sure. I got the ramen stir fry noodle bowl with fried tofu, and enjoyed it quite a bit with some added sriracha. Teriyaki chickun rolls were good too, by my favorite part of the meal was the boba tea (I can’t remember exactly which tea it was though). Their boba is really good with the perfect texture. The only reason I’m giving them 4 stars instead of 5 is because I’ve had some seriously phenomenal experiences at all-vegan restaurants with shocking plant based versions of foods I never thought I’d be able to eat again, and this wasn’t that. This was simply really good, well executed plant based food. It may not stand out as an all time favorite, but I wouldn’t avoid it by any means. I’m glad I tried it and will go back if I travel to the area again.

Update: I came back after about five years (Dec 2023) and this time with a 2 and 4 year old. We got the lemongrass tofu noodle bowl, fried tofu ramen and teriyaki bahn mi sandwich. It was all delicious. My kids devoured the ramen and we had lots left over.
Read moreOriginal post: The menu was vast and all vegan! I (vegan) had the lemongrass tofu noodle bowl and my boyfriend (Omni) had the teriyaki chickun plate. We both loved our meals. Mine had some of the best spring rolls I have ever had and my boyfriend ranked the vegan meat in the top tier of vegan meats. We live in Minneapolis and really wish we had a place like this there! Bonus: the staff was really nice. Be warned, this is a super casual place, so not exactly a restaurant vibe and no alcoholic drinks (but a vast tea and smoothly menu) so great for a casual lunch/ dinner but probably not a great date spot.

After going vegan we found this place and it was a new "panda express". It's so delicious and it kids love it! We love the bahn mi sandwiches, cold noodle salad, and stir fry noodles. Ask the vegan protein is really good.

We had fried noodles with tofu and salad noodles with tofu lemongrass. It really was just something to eat. Nice staff. A bit expensive for noodles. They need to remove an old menu located by the entrance. The tables were a little dirty.
