Everything we had was very tasty. We had the cauliflower nuggets, 3 dips Combo with 2 pittas, Moussaka, Big Boss Burger, carrot hot dog, eat like a Greek, mushroom Gyros, Bannoffee and Snickers tart. 🤤

The best street food I've ever eaten - Edit
We ordered mushroom gyros in a pita, for just 3.5€. I couldn't wrap my head around the taste of it! I fell in love from the first bite! I didn't have a chance to get back there during this trip but I will definitely come back in the future! There were so many people the time we were there so we couldn't find a place to sit, we took the food with us and seated somewhere else, enjoying Athens casual life. It was also a great experience.

This is a semi-takeout restaurant with limited seating on a front portico deep in Athens' shopping district. The owner is totally cool -- someone genuinely interested in his customers, and happy to interact with different people from around the world. The food is Greek -- gyros, souvlaki, and so on -- rendered in vegan format, in huge portions very well-priced. The quality and imagination are definitely there, and you just have to be in love with the place. Everything fresh and good.

I want to start this review by saying that I went at a time when the restaurant was very busy and waited about 35 minutes for my food. This was unfortunate because we were expecting this to be somewhere with quick pickup because of other reviews. If you want quick pickup, I’d recommend ordering for pickup on Wolt ahead of time. This is the only reason I’m rating Vegan Beat 4 stars instead of 5!
Read moreI got the space gyros, the lemonade, and the banoffee pie. Everything was delicious! The gyro was the best gyro I’ve had made with mushrooms, I loved the cabbage and tzatziki on it. The lemonade was really good, but pretty strong (mint) so just be prepared for that if you order it. The banoffee pie was amazing! It wasn’t too sweet and tasted pretty coconutty.
I definitely recommend Vegan Beat, just be prepared for a wait or order well ahead of time!

Definitely the best vegan menu we've even tried in Athens! and the best homemade limonade ❤ Me and Julian had a mango salad, a mushroom burger and a gyros pita and they were delicious! good price, good portions and nice atmosphere. we will eat here again for sure😄❤

A varied and exciting menu. I had the space gyros - it was wonderful to try traditional cuisine, but in a veganised way. Generous portions and very reasonably priced, plus excellent service. I accidentally knocked over my homemade lemonade, and the kind owner replaced it for me. You can refill water bottles for free, and straws are made from pasta. Eco conscious and kind. A really fabulous place.
Read moreWe walked from the Acropolis, and it took approximately ten minutes - very straightforward. There are restaurants along the route that have some basic vegan "options", but this place is fully vegan and deserves all of the support and success in the world.

Cute tucked in eco-friendly vegan restaurant with solid, filling vegan food that is so reasonably priced and made with quality ingredients… my husband commented, “What a nice surprise.” He is German. We are in Athens a few more days and will definitely visit again… highly recommend!

You absolutely have to come here, if you are in Athens. The staff was extremly friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, especially for the price. The Gyros Burger was the best vegan burger I ever ate (and I ate a lot of different types). It even beat my long time favourite burger. We had the burger, sides , pita with dip and lemonade. Everything was delicious. The straws are pasta and everything is paper, except for the dip which comes in plastic. Just a heads up. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back in no time. :)

This was my favorite restaurant in all of Greece, the Lahmajoun tasted amazing and it had a slightly spicy taste, and the Big Boss Burger was amazing. The staff was amazing, very friendly and helpful! I would recommend this place to anyone and I’m coming here again for sure.
