Huge meaty kebabs

We tried the Olymp kebab which came with tzatziki, sundried tomatoes and olives. Also added feta.
I’m not sure if it’s because we went on a Sunday night not long before closing, but there wasn’t any of the salad veggies on there like it said it came with, it was 90% “meat”. Maybe they ran out. Luckily their seitan had great taste and texture so we didn’t mind!
The jumbo size was indeed huge, we kept the leftovers in the fridge and it lasted us a couple
more small meals.

Pros: huge portion, good value, delicious juicy seitan

Cons: not enough salad/ veggies

Good vegan kebab

Great location, there are several around the city. The kebab very good as well as the bounty pie, but the lemonade I did not like. I would repeat again.

Pros: Location. Price

Cons: Need more types of lemonade

Tasty!!

Amazing kebab! I sadly can't remember the name of the one I ordered, but I got the regular size and that was enough. They offer a maxi size but I can't imagine anyone but those with a huge appetite would need that. Nice, central location between Old Town and the Jewish District. Tiny shop with just a few seats but there's a park just a short walk away. Really good food.

Pros: Tasty, Good prices, Central

Cons: Not much seating

Yummy.

Cheap and tasty, also the food is a little bit heavy, so be prepared if you have sensitive stomache :) Moreover the service is very nice, not because somebody paid them.

Pros: Cheap, Tasty, Big size

Cons: Tiny space

I came here years ago - it’s got bigger!

I came to Krakow in 2018 and I swear there was a Vegab then too but it was super small and located elsewhere - is this a second branch? We both got the Vegab Beirut which was yum and MASSIVE

Great food, very busy

This place gets really busy and they can be a bit slow with the service. They got my order wrong the first time but were very apologetic about it and gave me 15% off my next visit. I’ve only tried the Classic Beirut which is very good. It’s surprising to find the ‘meat’ to be the tastiest part rather than the toppings and sauces. Not sure what it is (soya protein?) but it tastes delicious!

Pros: Delicious vegan kebab!

Cons: Tiny & busy

cleanse your craving, ethically

Imagine screaming cows, pigs, or whatever kebab is usually made of. In unimaginable pain, suffering…facing their doom locked up in small cages. Waking up screaming in their barns, pictures of their body parts in thin slices on a sandwich vast on their mind. Their residue being used for glue, the chemical industry or tossed in a dark alley to rot. Their memory reduced to a snack for a bored teenager with too many drinks to eat after closing time, their mere existing a shady memory of a desperate scream in the distance. Imagine the bitter aftertaste of progress, animal rights fictional a dystopical ethical apocalypse.

Well, you won’t find that at Vegab! It’s a lovely little place central in Krakow, with great snacks and lovely drinks. If you happen to be in Krakow with a nice snack, good lunch or friendly drink on your mind; don’t hesitate to walk in and enjoy. Good stuff!

Pros: Great food, The spicy options, Freshly made

Cons: None noticed

A real kebab

Wow, this thing tastes as a real kebab! It is so similar to the real one, maybe too much!

The food in this place is very cheap, and you can choose between many variations.

The only downside of this place is the staff, the day I visited them the girl wasn't nice at all.

Pros: very tasty

Cons: unfriendly staff

Stuff your face with this delicious meal and go for a long walk

Stuff your face and go for a long walk

Our first meal in Krakow. This place is located a bit off the old city, it's pretty small and it was really nice to see that it's packed. The staff is very focused and helpful. The Vegab itself is the same, at its basis, you just choose different sauces to put in. great wrapping skills, ladies and gentlemen. You might want to take a long walk after this, as it's very filling and pretty harsh on your (my) stomach. Either that, or a nap.

Pros: a quick fix, very filling , affordable

Cons: tiny spot, off (old) city center

Unique experience

I remember the first time I ate there, it was like something awakened in me :D. The vegabs are absolutely marvelous, very filling and delicious. Sadly the local is very, very tiny and once you order your food you find yourself awkwardly waiting there amongst a small crowd, which isn't the best way to spend your time waiting for the food to be ready.

Pros: Big portions, Very good food, Very good food

Cons: The place is tiny and gets crowded fast, It takes a long time to get your food, The "meat" is sometimes heated unevenly, even cold

Great vegan food to go!

These guys definitely do not short you on the vegan "meat" in their wraps. I actually had to save half of it for later, but it was so good, that I finished it very shortly after leaving. However, the space is very small, and it gets uncomfortably warm in summer, so take your vegab to-go and have a delicious lunch in the planty!

Pros: Delicious, Huge portions

Cons: Hot seating area, Limited Seating

Finally, a vegan kebab

Got the Beirut vegab and it was delicious, menu is on a board on the wall with english written below the original Polish. Staff didn't speak much English but I wouldn't expect them too but I had no problem ordering. There is no gluten free option.

Cons: no gluten free option

pysznie

Hamster godny polecenia :)

Cons: mało miejsca

Vegan fast food

This place serves vegan fast food almost middle of Krakow. Food is fast food style, but 100% vegan. I ordered "tortilla" - it was pretty tasty, but it would be maybe more spicy. Happily meal was a quite big portion and it was inexpensive.

Restaurant is so small and popular - there is no many places to sit down and eat on the spot. It's possibly take-away .There is only few meal on offer.

Pros: tasty vegan fast food, low prices, location

Cons: very small restaurant

Really cool place a bit outside of the city centre. Super tiny and narrow but good to stop and have a quick snack. The "tortillas" tasted incredibly good, a but spicy though. Very friendly staff and great atmosphere.

Pros: great, yummy food , cheap , cute location

Cons: very tiny , very spicy (although not spicy)

Nice plac

Short menu, but it's nit a problem, because everything taste good. I love combination of classic and spicy sauce. Portions are big enough. Staff are friendly. Cake was ok, but nothing special. Maybe because I am quite spoiled by Warsaw Vege Miasto :)

Cons: Small sitting area

Time for a Bab

Succulent seitan meat freshly sliced from an authentic kebab grill served in a wrap or bun. Your choice. I went for the maxi size which was huge. It was massive. We also had a hot dog and a couple of bottles of Fritz cola. The hot dog was a little disappointingly dry and not as flavoursome as expected but the vegab was massively satisfying remaining succulent and juicy throughout. It was hot and humid outside and this was reciprocated inside. Sweating buckets but enjoying the ride. Grab a vegab while in Kraków but don't be too greedy. Stay safe and go for a regular sized one at 13 Zł or share the maxi at only 17 Zł.

Yes!

I've taken there my non-vegetarian friend and he loved the vegab! I think that speaks for itself :)

Good place to grab food in a rush, because it's a rather small spot.

Prices are adequate, staff is very friendly!

Beautiful Kebabs

I just had the standard kebab here (in the tortilla rather than the bun).

It was huge (and they did a maxi size for an extra 5pln), filled with veggies, sprouts, their vegan meat and a peanut/coconut sauce.

The flavours were beautiful, it was so filling and also incredibly cheap!

They have some interesting other choices on the menu too, including:

Hot dog
Lasagne
Sushi burrito!
Smoothie
Cake

(I also loved the novelty of seeing the vegan meat on a kebab spit)

Overall, brilliant food for very little money.

Pros: Fantastic kebab, Very cheap, Lots of options

Cons: Small area for seating

Cute place with good stuff

This place is really lovely, including the people that work there. The food is made with love and care! The place looks a little bit like a normal fast food chain, although more people tend to stay-in instead of take-away. It's nice to eat a 'kebab' for the first time since i am vegetarian haha. And they have a spirulina juice! Which is well priced and super healthy.
When i went here, the place was only opened for 1 week.. that was not visable at all!! My compliments.. (1 month ago now..)

Pros: Tasty food, lovely people, Spirulina juice

Cons: Not a restaurant, Only white bread pita/wrap
