This is one of the best vegan place in Medellin and to me, never had such a good burger anywhere else in the world, coming from Berlin, was surprised to find the best vegan option burger in Medellin, must try ! And very good value !

Every day there’s a menu del dia for 12 pesos that is soup, juice/tea and main dish with a couple of different things on the plate. I went here 5 times and the food was so delicious every time!! They also have a menu with other items but I don’t know when you can order from it.

Food is great plus there’s lots of variety for vegans on the menu, from ramen to veggie burgers to vegan nachos. They also have amazing drinks, including juices you don’t find other places.

Incredible lunch special - Edit
For 12000COP (~$4USD) you get a soup, salad, fresh juice and entree (some kind of rice, beans, lentils, tofu etc). The menu is very different every day so you can come every weekday (no lunch special on the weekends). Some days are definitely better than others but the food is really solid and comes out pretty fast. There's wifi. They have a full menu also but I haven't tried it because I'm here too much already for the lunch special!

Read moreAs another reviewer mentioned, the love and care from the chef is so evident in every part of the food, from the flavours, the freshness of the ingredients, everything down to the dressing on the side salad.
We had a vegan burger and a plate of the meatballs with potatoes and salad, and the empanaditas to share. It was great to try a Colombian traditional snack as normally they're always meat, these were made with soya mince and came with a beautiful smoky pepper salsa.
The texture and flavour of the meatballs was gorgeous and so convincing as meaty even though made from quinoa and lentils. As many have said the burger is perfect and gorgeous in every way. Nice juices too and glad I got to try Colombian Lulo juice for the first time.
So glad we went. Good value for money and just amazing, I'm a vegan chef and normally not easily impressed ;)

Also thought the atmosphere was chilled and nice to sit outside - not noisy at all!

Do yourself a favour. When you go to Veg Station order yourself the burger that comes with the vegan cheese (I don't remember what it's called but its probably first on the burger list).

This place has the best vegan food I've ever tasted. WE gotta step it up in the US. Hands down the burger was sooo great. I usually don't care for burgers made with any kind of bean but this lentil burger was all that. the Jamaica drink was also over the top.

Favourite Vege Restaurant in Medellín - Edit
My friends and I have a habit of going at least once a week to Veg Station. It's by far our favourite in Poblado. The dishes are delicious and the garlic sauce is to die for. Another plus? It's SUPER cheap! The ambiance and service are not the greatest, but for the food, it's well worth it! I wish they had delivery and longer hours!

HORRIBLE ,,, dejame decir que fui varias veces a este lugar y la comida estaba ok pero hoy fui y la comida se demoro una hora en llegar , yo tenia mucho afan pues tenia clases y demorarse 1 hora eso es insolito casi nunca pasa le dije que porque no nos habia dicho que se demoraria tanto porque tambien teniamos cosas que hacer , yo en especial tenia clase , y con una muy mala cara dijo que en la carta decia que era cocina lenta, POR Dios cocina lentisima!!!! ademas lo peor fue la actitud de la mesera tal vez tambien dueña , le dije que la ensalada ya no que no alcanzábamos y no se fue corriendo a traer una ensalada que apenas pusieron alli los ingredientes , los patacones eran con hogao y los trajeron con hogao a lo que el cocinero salio muy amablemente a pedir disculpas y detras salio la mesera como una loca gritando que era cocina lenta, que habia gente antes que nosotros que si queria que nos atendiera antes que ellos... y me llamo ESTUPIDA!! increible !!! dijo que si queriamos no volvieramos , que experiencia tan horrible . errores puede tener cualquier restaurante pero que es este trato????

very slowwwwwwwwwww kitchen my god!! !!!! also the worst thing was the attitude of the waitress might also be the owner, i told her not to bring the salad anymore because we have no time...and she went running to the kitchen and brought the salad saying its slow kitchen the fried plantains were suposed to be with hogao and it was served with guacamole ...so the chef kindly came to apologize and back came the waitress screaming like crazy it is slow kitchen, that had people before us that if we wanted to be attended before them ... and call me STUPID !! amazing !!! she said dont come back if u dont want to ....we do not want that experience so horrible. any restaurant can make errors but this waitrees and owner is a horrible person and give horrible service!!
