Order system very faulty, friendly staff - Edit
The electronic order system is a total failure; if possible order at the cashier. It can be very busy between six pm and eight pm. Good location. in middle of town. The food quality is good. In the electronic order system, vegan is not labeled so you have to refer to the menu. This is really complicated so again, try to talk to a living person. They are quite friendly and can take orders manually. Don't forget to remove cow cheese, etc. manually by scrolling down in the electronic system. If not, even clearly vegan items will become non-vegan. Relatively large (two floors).

Vegan Pinsa - Edit
I had a vegan Pinsa, which was good. But it took like forever for them to make it, so everyone in our group got their food at a different time. Although the food tastes good, I don't like the concept of Vapiano.

very good - but only tastewise - Edit
I really like the pizza and pasta at Vapiano, I’d prefer it over many other pizza places we have around.
Read moreThe pizza dough is thin and crisp and authentically Italian. The topping selection is good, a pizza with rucola instead of cheese is very yummy too, because of the good dough / base. Now they even offer vegan cheese / pesto / cream / salami, to come either with pizza or pasta.
Salami and green pesto pizza where both very good, but as we ordered them via lieferando, they came to us completely cold. Not nice.
Also the Pizzas are labeled „vegan“, but you gotta choose extra vegan cheese for 0,60€, otherwise they come with regular cheese! Confusing and also not nice.
Of course the problem of cold pizza wouldn’t be one when eating at the restaurant itself.
Unfortunately vapiano is very busy, crowded and it’s very unpersonal and stressful to eat there.
So absolutely nothing to enjoy an evening or sit for longer.
Thumbs up for yummy vegan options for reasonable price, but not for location / atmosphere.
Pros: Quiet a few vegan options , good value
Cons: loud, noisy, stressful , delivery can be cold , delivery can charge extra for vegan cheese
