Van's Vietnamese
Serves meat, vegan options available. Basic atmosphere Vietnamese eatery where you could get dishes with mockmeats, tofu, and veggies. Prices are moderate for lunch and more expensive for dinner, but the portions are large.

Yum! - Edit
Van's has a few vegan options on the menu and I've enjoyed the ones I've tried. The foods are fresh and seasoning is flavorful and a bit spicy. It is a little pricey but the portions are huge--like 2-3 servings on one plate. I love the tofu steak--my favorite! That sauce is super yum.
Pros: excellent food, friendly staff, large portions
Cons: not an intimate dinning room

Best hot and sour soup! - Edit
There is a part in the menu dedicated to the vegetarian meal. The food was really good and very big in portion. Each dishes is meant to be shared among the eaters. The taste wasn't too oily or heavy, staff were reasonably helpful. They have the best hot and sour soup that i ever had in North America!
