A hidden gem within the beautiful Jungle surrounding Lake Toba - Edit
I had the pleasure of witnessing the opening day of this beautiful establishment and found the food here to be full of flavour and colour. The design of this restaurant is stunning and I loved the concept of sitting on the floor with friends and family over a healthy and plant based meal. The food was very flavoursome and seemed to be without excess amounts of salt, sugar and oil. The entire menu is without eggs, milk and meat however they do use honey as a refined sugar-free sweetener as opposed to any artificial sweeteners! My favourites were the golden coconut curry and the conscious coco-cake.
