Tasty but expensive - Edit
The price is now $20 plus tax. My total was $24.15. Delicious but would have been nice if the sandwich came with chips or something at that price.

Urth Caffe is a decent option in T1. The sprout sandwich is a solid option that isn't fries, or a bland salad. I am thankful that there is vegan cheese in it! It's pretty tasty but more of an "old school" vegan taste.

Vegan sprouts sandwich, Mediterranean plate with falafel, hummus, tabbouleh, and olives, huge chocolate chip cookies and oatmeal raisin cookies, and a delicious oat milk latte served by super friendly ladies the bartender was an awesome guy, too.

One vegan sandwich - Edit
The only vegan food option is the sprout sandwich . It has red onion, tomato, hummus, and almond pepperjack cheese. The bread is pretty good, but the sandwich lacks flavor. I don’t understand the lack of options, though! Yoga Urth has the best soft serve. Why are the airport branch’s options so meager??

this cafe advertises themselves as having several vegan options on their site, yet they had none of them when I was there. the only thing available was a sandwich, which was decent, but I had been expecting to be able to get something sweet and they had absolutely nothing in terms of that.
