Tasty but not cheap

Had the hummus on toast, it was very tasty, but a bit steep for £16. I really liked the crunchy chickpeas. Oat or coconut milk is 50p extra.

Limited but nice

The limited options tend to centre around hummus so nothing new there and didn’t have high hopes, but it was delivered beautifully and the roast chickpeas were a welcome touch for taste and texture.

Proper chips - actually made from potatoes and looked hand cut! Delicious. Choice of vegan dips.

Oat or coconut milk.

Pros: Proper chips!, Crispy chickpeas, At least protein with hummus and chickpeas

Cons: Limited to hummus isn’t inspiring

Acai bowls

My partner and I stopped in here for a light breakfast. We both had the acai bowls with almond butter. The bowls are served with banana chips, coconut and goji berries. We enjoyed them, but would have appreciated some fresh fruit being added to the toppings too. They also offer plant milk for drinks. The staff were attentive and friendly.

Fresh and delicious!

Had the hummus bowl with focaccia, it was delicious, fresh and well flavoured. It was a bit steep at £10.50 when it was more of a starter than a main but I felt light and nourished afterwards.

Cafe was very busy on a Saturday, probably best to book in advance. They had some vegan brunch options as well.

Cons: Bit pricey

Best brunch in ages

Delicious brunch with an extensive menu and plenty of veg options - lots of flexibility to make them vegan too, eg switching to coconut yoghurt. My cauli on toast with vegan nduja mayo, olives, chilli relish and seeds was mindblowingly good. I recommend booking ahead as it gets full!

THOSE SALADS

Went here for lunch with friends. Would highly recommend pre booking as clearly a very popular place but I’m not surprised. I felt like there was a really good amount of choice here considering the menu size. Menu is a little confusing as it didn’t say (V) next to the salads which threw me as clearly didn’t list any animal products, that being said the staff were quick to check in with the chef and apologise for their error. But wow the star of the show was the salads. 100% go for a mix of the three because they were epic. Could eat that meal everyday. Well priced and centrally located too (be mindful steep stepped access).

Pros: Attentive staff, Taste of food was incredible.

Limited

Decent food but limited options.
I had a hummus on toast with roasted veg, it was good. I don’t think you will be disappointed if you go once but it would be a struggle to go a lot.

Pros: Staff, Fresh

It was ok

Went here for breakfast one day. I really wanted toast to I asked the waitress if they had any vegan butter, she just looked at me and rather enthusiastically went “No!” It was quite odd, haha. I ended up having a smoothie and it was very nice

Pros: Lovely smoothies, Nice decor

Cons: Didn’t really see a lot of vegan options

Great brunch

Came in for brunch and the staff was really helpful for the vegan options. I had the avocado on toast and they removed the feta. Also had a fresh orange juice which was so nice!
