Cute cafe and market

Found myself on the eastern shore at lunchtime today and was skeptical about what I would find for veggie options. So happy to find this spot! The Buddha bowl was fresh and flavourful (and vegan as is— there’s also a vegetarian sandwich on the menu that I think you could modify). I ate here with my omni dad, who enjoyed a sandwich. Nice cafe, and kombucha on tap too. The market sells items by Acadiana Soy and In The Raw (plus lots of local produce). If you’re in the area, it’s worth a stop.

Lovely and Local

Great little cafe and market in Musquodobit. They offer local, organic, vegan and healthy options including local and fresh produce, cruelty-free products, grocery items, crafts and more.

The cafe has a few vegan options as well including a bowl, sandwich and soups. They also offer almond milk for hot drinks and have delicious Italian sodas.

The market is open and comfortable to shop in. The cafe is really cute and has a decent amount of seating including a couple spots outside on the front patio.

Such a great spot!

Several options in a not so vegan area

The place offers a good and well served buddha bowl. We have going there during the past days to grab one of this and take it to the nearby beaches or walking trails. They also have some raw frozen food, lentils and peas burgers, popsicles and vegan desserts. Good option when you do not want to cook.

Pros: Several vegan options available
