there are no vegan appetizers on the menu, but i asked if the nachos could be made vegan (sub vegan cheese (they use daiya mozzarella), beyond meat, no sour cream), and they had no problem doing so! i also got a build your own deep dish with vegan cheese, beyond meat, broccoli, spinach and jalapeños. pretty delicious for a chain restaurant!

Good vegan options - Edit
It’s nice to have some vegan options, including pizza and a veggie burger, at UNOs. I got a vegan cheese deep dish with eggplant and onion added on top. Delicious.
