Tofu burger was enormous and quite tasty, as other mentioned make sure to request no aioli.
Read moreAll staff is caucasian and speaks English. Potato wedges were also very tasty.
Like everywhere in Hakuba, it tends to get busy, try to arrive either early or late, or reserve a table.

Enjoyed lunch here … tofu burger is yummy. Be sure to ask for no aioli! Unjaune is right by Happo-one skifield.

The service was on point, and they had a couple of really great veggie burgers that could be made vegan. Tofu burger with house made curry sauce was amazing!

This was a great burger - one of the best I’ve eaten. Its the only vegan item on the menu. Perhaps it being japan, the crispy tofu was exceptional. Finding vegan food is hard in Happo One, which made the discovery even tastier!
