Vegan Viking Vittles

Valka's Vegan Bowl included a kale spring mix blend, bean salad, pineapple salsa, candy beets, vegan feta, and mango and mint vinaigrette. It was flavorful and fairly healthful.

Pros: clearly marked vegan option

Cons: single-use plastic utensils, lots of wet seats in the dining area
