No vegan or even vegetarian lunch - Edit
We arrived for lunch after a hike but they turned us away without any food. Only options were fish and meat. They did have the vegan marked options but only available for dinner.

The chef owner speaks English and graciously prepared our lunch which is not the full dinner menu. I think because our friends who are vegan had just eaten there he was running a little low but he prepared Vegan Ravioli as a starter and then seitan and veg. It was very delicious, the woman serving us only spoke Italian but easy to get out of translator to communicate.

Auf der Karte sind die veganen Speisen klar deklariert und es hat mehrer Hauptspeisen. Der Inhaber ist sehr freundlich und kam auch um ein wenig mit uns zu plaudern. Man fühlt sich im Unione sehr wohl und die hausgemachten Ravioli waren sehr lecker!

Good veg-option in Gordevio - Edit
We stayed for a few nights at Unione this summer and were pleasantly surprised with the Hotel / Restaurants vegan options. The owner organized vegan breakfast items (e.g. vegan ham & cheese, joghurts) upon request. Tried the homemade vegan ravioli with local herbs, which were very good. Has also vegetarian options such as gnocchi and Risotto. We were also offered vegan ice cream for dessert, which was not listed on the menu.
