Great, friendly little place - Edit
I found this place by telling Siri "take me to a vegetarian restaurant". I was very pleased she did. It's listed as Vietnamese Cuisine, but it also has grinders (aka subs, hoagies, foot-longs). I went with the Vegetarian Salad Rolls (I think also called Vietnamese Fresh Spring Rolls, elsewhere). They were delicious! 3 long rolls, filled with lettuce, carrots, cucumbers, and some noodles, rolled in rice paper, with delicious peanut dipping sauce. It was delicious. And the gentlemen who waited on me was very friendly and helpful.
Pros: Great value, Friendly staff, Vegetarian section of the menu
