Great vegan ramen - Edit
Solid vegan ramen. There's better vegan ramen in Tokyo, but the location is good and the service is fast. Great place to grab a bowl of creamy tantan ramen when going through the station. Note that this location is smaller than the other T's and has fewer options, particularly for sides. Also; you can buy the brand's instant ramen here, but you'll find it cheaper elsewhere.

My friend and I both got the golden sesame ramen set. I also got a side of cilantro, which went great with the rice dish in the set. The yogurt that came with the set was not for me, but aside from that everything was so colorful, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Great option and such a convenient location since we were already on the Yamanote line and very hungry by the time we hit Ikebukuro😄

Lovely and helpful staff.
They can offer spicy sauces if needed.
Seaweed ramen was nice but of course the broth had less flavour than the sesame one

It’s difficult to think I won’t be able to have this ramen again after leaving Japan! It’s all I’ve ever dreamt of in terms of vegan ramen. It’s a must try, also incredibly cheap!

Hard to find, small inside - Edit
It's delicious T's Tantan ramen in a new station. But this location is inferior to the Tokyo location. You have to order through a screen that has limited English. You can only order one bowl of ramen at a time, so the group must each order separately. The number of your order then appears on a screen and you pick up your food. There is seating for maybe 12 people inside. You get your own water.
Read moreThe trick to finding this place in Ikebukuro station is to enter the JR gates and pretend you have given up and are going to the T's at Tokyo station instead. Follow the signs to the Yamamote line heading to Tokyo station. Before you ascend to the platform, it's on the right. It's right across from Uniqlo.

Very tasty. Buy the cup noodles! - Edit
We stopped by at around 5 pm on a sunday and it was quite crowded. We waited 30 min but it was worth it (in general: 6-7/8 pm and 12pm are the worst times to go to a restaurant in japan) Also: they sell good vegan cup noodles in 3 varieties which you can take home and prepare with hot water, so you can eat it at most hotels (since the majority have kettles in the rooms) and of course airbnbs. I can highly recommend the cup noodles! You can also buy them at a natural lawson but they are quite rare, you will mostly find regular lawsons. We got tired of eating onigiri all the time (which is one the very few vegan options you have at a convenience store/konbini in japan besides chips) so the cup ramen were a live safer and we always bought them when eating at ts tan tan.

Went here with my friends and we all very much liked it. The sets we ordered were fresh and delicious, the pudding and soymeat very good. The price was also alright for what we got. We'll probably come again after taking a train from here.😄

Oriental Vegetarian (Allium-free) - Edit
You will need to tap into the JR Line in order to eat at T's Tantan. They have allium-free options also known as Oriental Vegetarian, prepare to google translate to communicate with staff. They have instant noodles for sale, which was a savior for our trip when we are hungry/couldn't find vegetarian food.

Des ramens direction la ligne JR - Edit
Restaurant de Ramen dans la gare d'Ikebukuro (il faut passer les portiques des lignes JR). J'ai mis beaucoup de temps à trouver, je ne m'attendais pas à devoir passer des portiques (et donc payer environ 100¥) pour atteindre l'entrée du restaurant.
Read moreIl faut choisir son plat et les accompagnements sur une borne à gauche de l'entrée et récupérer son ticket. Ensuite on va s'asseoir et on attend ! Il y a un écran et une voix (en japonais) qui indiquent quand la commande est prête. Au moment de récupérer la commande on peut se servir un verre d'eau et récupérer des serviettes, de l'huile pimentée, du sel etc.
J'ai choisi le ramen au sésame blanc (980¥ ~6€70 le 15/11/22). Ce n'est pas le meilleur ramen que j'ai mangé, mais il était tout de même bon et nourrissant. J'avais aussi pris un petit bol de riz simili carné, et c'était vraiment délicieux.
J'ai pris 4 cup ramen en "souvenir" que je n'ai pas encore goûtés. J'en ai eu pour 2200¥ au total, donc 15€50 environ !
UPDATE :
J'y suis retournée et j'y ai mangé cette fois-ci le Golden sesame Ramen que j'ai largement préféré au White !
Je regrette seulement qu'il soit difficile d'y manger entre amis à cause des vitres en plexi qui nous séparent et qui complexifient les conversations.

This is the only drawback of T’s TanTan. It is hidden in the JR station, so next time don’t hesitate, beep your Suica card and go inside 🤣
My friend and I tried the classic sesame ramen. He chose the normal version and I chose the golden one. It turned out no big difference. Next time I may take the black sesame one or the seasonal special that other reviews have mentioned.
Ramen is good. Creamy sesame flavor and with balance portion of other topping in that ramen.
Besides the ramen itself, the menu set also offer 叉燒飯（chashu rice, vegan meat with sauce on rice) and a cup of warabi mochi (kind of jelly) with brown sugarr syrup and soybean flour on top of it. It’s so nice! I am so in love with this dessert.

It is a little bit hidden in Tokyo station, follow the signs to Keyo line, on the left right before you go down the stairs. The food was served super quick, I had white sesame ramen & rice with vegan meat. Everything was absolutely delicious and I can 10/10 recommend, will definitely come back!

It's a totally vegan ramen restaurant!
We had the porcini mushroom soy sauce ramen with takikomi rice as well as a bowl of chashu pork.
The chewy and savory taste of porcini mushrooms matched perfectly with the lime-infused soy sauce ramen! The chashu-don and the soymilk yogurt for dessert were both unquestionably delicious!
I would definitely go back!
