A bit hard to find the correct stall but it was worth the effort! Go into the ”Tobu eat” section and you’ll find it.

Hot. Tasty. Not evident that it’s vegan (no signage). In B2F level of Tobu market. Lots of different food vendors. I only knew I found it based signage from a pic someone posted as characters are in Japanese. The severs shirt had Gazosoro in small type.

Super tasty and affordable! - Edit
It was a bit hard to find but the price is amazing and the taste is super good. The dough outside is soft but chewable and the bean filling (both red and white) is so good. The white filling tasted a bit more sweet. I liked it but the red bean paste was my favorite.
