Als Touri 1x ausprobiert. Es gibt 4 Sterne, da alles vegetarisch oder vegan und das Essen verhältnismäßig günstig ist. Alles ist bereits vorgekocht/vorbereitet, sodass man das Essen quasi direkt bekommt. Geschmacklich bewegt es sich für mich eher im Mittelfeld. Gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten.

Größte Auswahl veganer Gerichte in Kassel; kleiner Preis - Edit
Ich war schon häufig im Trimurti und es hat immer sehr gut geschmeckt. Es wird nicht langweilig, weil die Auswahl veganer Speisen sehr groß ist - darin schlägt es alle anderen Restaurants in Kassel und Umgebung! Auch nach der Pandemie hat es nicht nachgelassen.

Hier gibt es einige leckere vegane Speisen zu entdecken. Die Auswahl ist groß. Das 3-Gänge-Menü zu 2. lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Frische indische & v. a. authentisch zubereitete Speisen in angenehmer Atmosphäre. Hinter dem Lokal findet sich noch eine Terrasse, auf der man speisen kann. Innen kann man auf Stuhl oder Kissen Platz nehmen.

Trimurti is probably the best restaurant I've ever been to. Not only the food tastes just great and the variety of vegan options is amazing, but also the staff is unbelievably friendly!
Read moreA friend of mine had an upset stomach some time ago when we wanted to visit the place and had to vomit before we even entered the store. The owner immediately ran out, helped her, comforted her, gave her tea and a spice mixture for her stomach, even though he thought we didn't plan on entering the store and it was just a coincidence that this happened in front of his store. I cannot stress enough how wonderful the people owning this restaurant are!
So if you search for a cozy restaurant with amazing vegan food and the friendliest staff you can imagine, just visit this place :-)

We went here for lunch and got a thali, two samosas and drinks for less than 15 Euro. People were friendly and the meal was nice and filling, but the vegetable curries in the thalis were a bit bland. Still a very recommendable place, but there are better places to go in Kassel!

Delicious samosas - Edit
The samosas are vegan and really delicious! You get two with sauces for 4-5€. Pay attention to ask for the vegan sauces when ordering! For take away, you can let them put the samosas in your own box.
