Serves meat, vegan options available. Food court style dining hall located on Cornell’s central campus. There are vegan choices at almost all of the stalls, including a salad bar, wok station, and pasta station. Vegan dishes include pho noodles, veggie sushi, black bean burrito, customized salad, and customized pasta. Open Mon-Thu 8:00am-3:00pm, Fri 8:00am-2:00pm. Closed Sat, Sun.

Great food court style restaurant with lots of vegan options - Edit
Vegans, vegetarians, and omnivores alike will find good food options at Trillium. The dining hall offers great customizable salads and a vegan pho bowl. If you’re in a hurry, they also sell Wegmans vegan sushi and tofu grain bowls that are ready-made.
