Was not expecting this to be as good as it is!

I am not a big donut fan, but I do love Matcha and this was one of the better matches I’ve ever had ! The “machete Matcha”. matcha ,vanilla powder, cinnamon, Cayenne pepper, just ask for no honey .

Pros: Fun , Fun donuts, Fun machete Matcha!

Horrible donuts just like all the locals say

I ordered a half dozen vegan donuts through grub hub early in the morning. What i got were old hard gross tasting donuts. They tasted like they were out for about a week. Not fresh at all. Ive heard from so many people how bad and pricey the donuts are here but i wanted to give them a chance since they offer vegan options. But no. Never again.

Pros: Vegan options

Cons: Old, Hard, Gross

Many delicious options!

They’ve expanded the vegan menu since I was here a few years ago! Bottom two shelves were all vegan, lots and lots of choices. I got a maple twist, it was so light and fluffy and sweet with a thin rich maple glaze. Perfect. And oat milk for my tea! Love it

Pros: Lots of vegan options, Delicious , So so delicious

Improved donuts and more vegan choices

I actually really liked the tiny, crusty cake donuts they used to have at Trejo's, but when I went back a few months ago I discovered that they've changed their vegan donuts completely. They look exactly like the non-vegan ones (and they're priced the same), and they're still delicious, but more...normal. They also have both cake donuts and yeast donuts in vegan varieties now, and they had maybe five vegan options the few times I've been there since. Definitely worth a try, even if you didn't like their mini vegan donuts in the past.

Pros: Decent selection, Reasonable price/size ratio, Friendly staff

Disappointing

The vegan donuts are pretty small and pricey. Also, no matter what the flavor, they all taste heavily of banana! Sadly, not worth it here. Hope they step it up in the future.

Cons: Expensive , Taste bad, Store hours
