I live in the area in which there are few veg/vegan restaurants so I come here at least once a year to see if anything has changed - it never does. The food is way overpriced and the vegan options suck. But that's not my issue with place, it's the staff and/management. The staff is not properly trained as to the ingredients the restaurant is using - as a vegan, this can be a mine field. Want a mocha? Too bad the staff doesn't know if the chocolate used is vegan. Gluten-free? Too bad the staff doesn't know if the GF bread is vegan. I was once served a special after specifically saying I had dairy allergies and being assured it was vegan only for it to come out lily white - at which point the waitress finally went to the kitchen and I could hear the chef screaming that it contained dairy. Wish I could come here more, but from a vegan perspective, this place sucks.
