Love their classic pizza dough and vegan cheese - Edit
Nowadays, I refuse to eat pizza without cheese unless it's a mariana or something like that, and this place has great vegan pizzas. There are several locations of Totale spread across the city, which is nice because there's proximity in different parts of the city and you can go to a different place each time.
Read moreBut about the food, they have a vegan page on the menu with a couple of starters (like a salad and falafel), two pizzas and two pastas. But you're not limited to those pizzas because you can build your own. They have a page with the type of dough and the different ingredients you can choose to build your pizza. You can choose a round and rectangular pizza, and my favorite dough 'Pinsa Classica', high and fluffy. I don't know what brand they use for the vegan cheese, but it's good, it really melts.
It's also a good option to go with family or friends if going to a vegan restaurant is not an option.

Good, individual Vegan page on the menu with (as of September 2025), at least 2 Vegan starters (Falafel Croquette and Vegan Caesar Salad), 2 Vegan pizzas (Vegan Truffle and Enchanted Garden) and 2 Vegan pastas (Porcini and Truffle Rigatoni, and Basil Pesto).
I had the Falafel Croquette which had lovely falafels - a good number and the very tasty and filling, Enchanted Garden.
